Our team regularly conducts classes for our growers and customer to train them on the correct food safety procedures and to update them on any new developments or food safety requirements in the field. Additionally, they perform unannounced audits and inspections of our growers and packers. Third party audits for all our growers and shippers, are reviewed regularly to verify they are in compliance with HACCP.
